We have served a wide range of diverse companies in different industry segments across the West Coast. This experience has helped us establish a great reputation in the HVAC industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We currently occupy a 60,000 square-foot facility which allows us to manufacture our projects almost entirely inhouse. Our facility includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sheet metal fabrication shop with both CAD and CAM systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engineering, design, and drafting department<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fully stocked parts warehouse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrative offices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Built from the ground up, our facilities were constructed with future growth in mind. We have doubled our space over time which has allowed us to satisfy the demands of our customers. However, our primary goal has been to provide top quality products and services and not to focus on being the largest company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We continually strive to maintain and enhance our level of excellence, thus providing our customers with unique solutions that are within specified timelines and budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offering a comprehensive range of design, manufacturing, integration, and installation expertise allows us to bring your project to a successful completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air-Tec has the capabilities to assist clients with a variety of types of projects, which range from shell and core to tenant improvement. In Southern California and Nevada, our name has become synonymous with precision and quality in the HVAC world. We offer solutions for Design\/Build, Shell &amp; Core, LEED, Tenant Improvement, Retrofit, Controls and Service related projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The success of Air-Tec is based on Mr. Dunn\u2019s clear and concise principal of providing excellent products and services and always standing by his work. His unwavering commitment to his customers is how Air-Tec has sustained its unique market position in an increasingly competitive industry. As a result of maintaining his vision, Air-Tec has continued to evolve and grow. In 2020, Air-Tec started a new Controls Division by partnering with Computrols.
